My name is JW Huggup and I have worked in the area of Talent Acquisition and Development for over twenty years for some of the largest organizations globally (Amazon, Sprint, Humana Healthcare, US Department of Treasury, and Booz Allen Hamilton just to name a few.) I am certified in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and I hold a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University.

I know how it feels to doubt yourself when you think you are doing everything right, but are not seeing the results you want in your career.  I have faced this and many similar situations.  One day I decided to do a deep search to find out what I was missing and the changes I needed to make.  On my search for self-discovery, I found out about neuro-linguistic programming.  I then went on to be certified as a neuro-linguistic practitioner and life coach. 

This training and my years of experience in Talent Development and Acquisition make me uniquely qualified to help you create a road map for your career so that you can achieve the breakthrough you are looking for.
